Orders

All prices on Bold Light Studio are in US Dollars (USD). Production will not start on your order until full payment is received. For custom orders, please review our Proof Policy below.

Proof Policy

For custom orders, a proof will be sent to you within 3 business days (weekends/holidays not included) of the order date. We require correspondence from you within three business days of receiving the initial proof. That means we either need approval of the proof or a request for revisions/adjustments. If we do not hear back from you, we will send out any order as-is (original proof provided). Thank you for understanding our Proof Policy.

Shipping

Bold Light Studio is not responsible for delays caused once the order is packaged and delivered for shipping. Delays can include weather, strikes, internal changes, and other conditions. Situations like that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We are not liable for damages that occur during the shipping or delivery process.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to get each order out as quick as possible. Each product has a different time frame based on quantity and if it is a custom order or not. Feel free to reach out if timing is a concern.

How long does shipping take? When can I expect my order?

We ship through USPS First Class and the time frame is dependent on where the order is shipping to. Generally, it takes 2-5 business days to deliver after we ship it.

All orders are shipped from Orange County, California.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to a day for the tracking number to be registered and scanned by USPS. Once it is scanned in, you can track your order via the USPS website.

I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you help?

Please contact us immediately if you already placed the order so we can adjust the address for that order.

You can also make adjustments to your address for future orders under your user dashboard.

What if I haven’t received my order?

First, head over to USPS to track your order. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us.

Please note that this will exclude any errors made by the customer when providing incorrect shipping information or miss-placed parcel deliveries.
